Jodi-Ann Burey (she/her) is s speaker, writer and disrupter of “business as usual.” Across industry, Jodi-Ann has worked to build workplace cultures centered on shared values and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) core principles. Her work covers the historical and current context of many issues including racial equity, intersectionality, universal design for accessibility, allyship, management and DEI strategy. Jodi-Ann leverages her unique multidisciplinary experiences to make clear the urgency for strengthened accountability to drive structural and systemic social change.
